Learn more about Graham Staging and Design and how staging works.
Why should you stage your home?
How you live is not necessarily how you should sell your home. You’re selling a lifestyle that needs to appeal to buyers. Staging is an investment that will maximize your profit. According to The Mortgage Reports, staged homes sell 73 percent faster.
What is home staging?
Home staging is a design service that helps prepare vacant and occupied homes for sale to be showcased and ready to market. Providing our in-house design expertise, home furnishings and accessories that we have in inventory, along with pieces the homeowner may have, we make the changes needed. The whole goal behind staging a home is to make it appealing to a broad spectrum of buyers.
How long does home staging take?
It truly depends on the needs of the home –
generally we can complete a staging project within 5-7 days. If the home is
larger or requires special furnishings and accessories it may take a bit
longer to source the items and stage.
Do I have any say in what goes into the house? Can I pick out the furniture?
We ask that you trust our trained and experienced designer. When staging a home, the goal is to design the space to appeal to a broad demographic of potential buyers and not personal taste. That said, it is our desire to make our clients happy; therefore, if there is something that you cannot live with, our team is open to discuss and find a suitable alternative.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes, all services must be paid at the time the Staging Agreement is executed, in advance of the staging installation.
How far in advance do I need to schedule a staging?
Our team is happy to accommodate last minute staging if our calendar allows for it, but we do recommend notice a month in advance.
